Outdoors London for the Long Easter Weekend

This week’s heatwave and the lifting of some government restrictions has us all feeling hopeful for a summer finally out of lockdown. As of last Monday, you can have drinks in people’s gardens (rule of 6 or two households), sink a few holes at crazy golf and have a picnic in the park with a friend. What better way to take our first steps towards freedom than by getting out into the sunshine?  Here are our favourite spots to enjoy a range of outdoor activities across the city.

Greenwich Peninsula Driving Range

Try your hand at golf at the Greenwich driving range known for its fantastic views of the City skyline. You can book a driving bay from half an hour to three hours and each bay comes with its own spacious seating area. You can also enjoy the on-site restaurant while you’re there which offers takeaway drinks and snacks. Grab a burger and a pint and enjoy the sunset.

Places are booking up fast but there are still weekday spots available for next week.

Spaces are filling fast but early and late opening times mean there is always a chance you can find a spot after the crowds have left. For early swimmers or night owls - it’s the perfect chance to have a moment of watery peace and quiet.

Active360 offer a variety of options; from a 2-hour group session (up to 5 paddlers), private tuition and for the brave, SUP Pilates/Yoga. Yikes.
