Everyone’s invited to the celebrate the coronation of King Charles III at Mayfair’s free Coronation Garden Party in Grosvenor Square, which is being transformed into an urban garden wonderland inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Taking place from 6 to 7 May, party-goers can expect a royal welcome with live screenings of the coronation events, food and drink to indulge in, including ice cream from the Connaught Patisserie, coronation burgers from The Barley Mow, light bites from zero-waste restaurant Apricity, English sparkling wine from Roebuck, and summer cocktails from Mr. Fogg’s and The Twenty Two.

Mayfair’s Coronation Garden Party is taking place from 10am to 8pm on Saturday 6 May, and from 12pm until the end of the Windsor Castle concert on Sunday 7 May. the neighbourhood hosts a secret garden party in honour of the new Monarch. Join revellers at The Connaught Hotel’s street party, taking place from 12pm to 3pm on Sunday 7 May with street food (think Cavalier King Charles Spaniel cakes) and a live brass band.
