We brunched at the Elephant & Castle market but there are several other locations dotted in and around the capital, each one promoting sustainability and the importance of great quality food. What stood out for us was the good old fashioned full English from Egg & Keg and the iconic sandwich from Chez Louis (who has literally mastered the art of sandwiches).
